TOMATO POWDER

To reconstitute to natural consistency add 15 parts of water to 1 part of powder by weight. Reconstruction done by first making a smoth paste with small portion of water followed by additing remaining water ina blender     It can be used for making sauces, kethup, soups, snack foods, soasoning and dry instant mixes. Can be used directly in any foods preparation.   Use Blender for better result
