🫘 Puran
Sweet, smooth, and ready in minutes—our dehydrated Puran is made from chana dal and jaggery. Just add water (3:1 ratio), mix, and use as a filling for Puran Poli, Modak, or sweet parathas.

🫘 Cooked Dehydrated Puran (Ready-to-Use Filling)
📏 Rehydration Ratio:
- Dehydrated Puran Mix: 300 g
- Water: 100 ml
- Yield: ~400 g rehydrated puran (enough for 10–12 Puran Polis)

👩‍🍳 Preparation Instructions:
- Mix & Rest
- In a bowl, combine 300 g of cooked dehydrated puran mix with 100 ml warm water.
- Stir thoroughly until smooth and lump-free.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes to fully absorb moisture.
- Ready to Use
- No cooking required. Once rehydrated, the puran is ready to be stuffed into poli dough.
- The texture should be thick, smooth, and spreadable.
- Garnish
- If serving puran as a standalone sweet or with ghee, garnish with a pinch of cardamom and fresh coriander.
