🌶️ Tambda Rassa
This spicy red broth is a Kolhapuri classic. With chicken broth already included, just add water and heat. Serve with vade, rice, or bhakri for a fiery, flavorful meal.
🍲 Tambda Rassa (Spicy Red Curry)
🔸 Rehydration Ratio:
- Dry Mix: 100 g
- Water: 400 ml
- Yield: ~450–500 ml of rassa
🧑🍳 Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix 100 g of Tambda Rassa dehydrated mix with 400 ml warm water.
- Stir thoroughly until smooth and lump-free.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes to fully rehydrate.
- No additional cooking required—just heat gently if serving warm.
- Garnish with coriander.
