In order to use this site you must be of legal age to make a purchase. 18 in the UK.
Before paying for your order:
Before you are passed to the payment system (PayPal or Stripe 'Wallets') to process your payment, we require you to confirm your email address. This protects you, as we want to be absolutely certain that we have your correct email address so that we can contact you to keep you updated with delivery details.
UK delivery: Delivery to mainland UK is included in the purchase price.
Delivery is via courier and will normally be within 5 working days. Delivery date and time are estimated and we will keep you informed if your delivery window is likely to be exceeded.
You will get confirmation of your order generally within one working day (often much sooner) and delivery tracking details as soon as the courier gives them to us.
Other areas and countries: Please contact us prior to making a purchase to discuss shipping.
Damaged item(s): We are most careful in the packing of all items and our couriers are generally reliable. However, if you receive a parcel or item that is damaged, please take a photograph and contact us immediately. email robert@buymyart.co.uk or call 07771 333 369 (International +44 7771 333 369).
Returns & Refunds Policy: Purchases may be returned for any reason up to 28 days after delivery. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. Items must be undamaged and returned in their original (or equivalent) packaging in a sellable condition. On safe arrival back to us of the item(s), your refund will be processed back to the card you purchased with. Please note our shipping costs are non refundable and you will have to arrange return courier.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Website images: I try to take the photos of my paintings in good light so the screen colours will be similar to the ‘real’ colours, but obviously they will not be completely accurate. The paintings shown in room settings are composite images and are simply an indication of how a piece may look.
