Organic Honey is a golden liquid that is often referred to as the 'gold of the Gods'. The honey is gathered by beekeepers in the hive and has been passed through the comb for up to six weeks. This process allows the honey to be removed from the honeycomb and helps to retain the flavour and colour of the honey.
