The exquisite temple of Lord Vishwanath is a must-visit destination in Varanasi. The temples were built in the late 17th century by the king of Kashi and is one of the oldest in the city. Banaras is also the site of a temple dedicated to the god Shiva, known as the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
