• Just Roll on the tip of finger and apply on inner surface of both nostrils • simply apply on nose or head or effected area • from protection of viral infection apply it on mask or on collar of shirt before going in public • In fever condition just rub it on chest area and upper back and wrap your body with warm blanket and take rest • For applying to Kids below 5 years just mix it with water or with any other oil (sesame or coconut) and apply on chest or upper back or can be used on cloths or beddings which is nearest cloth to his/her nose
