Open the water filling valve and air outlet valve : fill in 50L water and fen 300ml ( 600ml if for the first time ) car detergent . 2. Shut off the filling valve and air outlet valve , turn off the switch of jet gun valve and connect the quick coupling to compressed air . 3. After the above actions , turn on the switch for compressed air.and when the compressed air reaches a pressure at 2bar , turn on the switch of jet gun valve to jet the foam.the jetting range of which is adjustable through . the change of pressure. 4. After filled in 50L water and 500ml detergent . the equiment is available.to clean 25-30 small cars.25L detergent is applicable for 1500cars . Note : The pressure of the air pressure valve is set at 2.0bar when delivered , unless required .which is unnecessary to be adjusted . The foam would be preferable jetted at the pressure within 1.5-2.0bar. IV. Troubleshooting. 1. If the jet gun jets no foam. a. The compressed air fails to access . b.The foam liquid has not been filled in . 2.The liquid jetted has no foam. a.The pressure is below 1.5bar . b. The concentration of foam liquid is low (due to the improper propertion of water and foam) V.Maintenance This cleaning equipment is available for service of years without tailures. 1. Check regularly whether there is any leakage and repair it if any . 2. Check regularly the airproof connection of hoses 3. Wipe the surface of equipment with towel or napped fabric to keep it clean. After use, keep the equipment out of the sun. VI.Cautions 1.Only the qualified operators may have the access to the equipment. 2.Do not smoke near by this equipment. 3.Before use, adjust the jetting range of jet fun to avoid injury. 4.Do not use the detergents other than those designated by the original supplier , otherwise it would affect the service life of the oil valves , rubbers and other components and the performance of cheaning .
