If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Bhagya Enterprises
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to bhagyaenterprises.com, accessible from https://bhagyaenterprises.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched.
If the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.
Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier. Full amount will be refunded back to the you within 14 working days.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Bhagya Enterprises will provide a refund only if one is requested within 1 day of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listen below.
- Delayed delivery of the product In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the you within 14 working days. (Bhagya Enterprises is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received : The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then you have to go for new order process.
- A product will not be refunded under the following circumstances:
- Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
