Bhagalpur Katarni Chura

Katarni Chura (Flattened Rice) is a unique tasting, aromatic, short grain variant and a Pride of the state of Bihar. Grown natively in the Bhagalpur and Banka districts, Katarni rice is not only in demand in Bihar, but throughout the country.

The Sankranti for Bihari is almost impossible with Katarni Chura and its aroma and ofcourse with Dahi (Curd) and Tilkut.
