Mullankaima Fragrant Rice (Raw)

Mullankaima Fragrant Rice (Raw) Grown organically in Wayanad, from a PGS certified organic farmers group Indigenous fragrant rice variety, round, bold grained, delicious. Known for its fragrance and taste excellent for payasam (kheer) & suitable for risotto and other special rice preparations, wonderful as flour. Cook with 1: 2.5 water in a vessel on low fire after water comes to boil. This rice is grown, processed, milled & stored without any chemicals.
