Multi-millet Dosa Mix

A multi millet dosa mix made from unpolished, organic millets ( 5 to7 kinds) ground along with urad (whole) and fenugreek.

The mix is suitable to make dosa. Just mix in water, add salt to taste & keep aside for 3-4 hours. After that, batter is ready for preparing delicious dosas.
