Sorgum/Jowar

Grown by organic farmer groups in Pudukottai and various districts in Karnataka. Unpolished, with its natural off white colour, this has a robust bold rice taste. Generally used as rice replacement and can be used to make variety rice and khichdi. Pre-soak overnight.
