Grown organically in Wayanad, from a PGS certified organic farmers group. Indigenous red rice of Wayanad, unpolished with 100% bran. Known for its healing properties and taste & texture, good for kanji, rice and flour.
According to traditional tribal knowledge is particularly good for women’s health. Pre-soak for 2-3 hours, pressure cook with 1:3.5 water 3 whistles on high, 2 on low fire.
