Y Ammonia Binder
In intensive aquaculture operations, usage of high protein diets results in the accumulation of organic matter. The degradation of organic matter produces several metabolites, especially nitrogenous ones like ammonia and nitrite. At relatively low concentrations, ammonia – especially its nonionized form NH3 – is toxic for many aquaculture organisms including shrimp and can damage their organs. Low oxygen levels, high PH and High temperature increases the negative effects of these metabolites. Yucca schidigera is rich in naturally occurring YAB components which can bind Ammonia effectively.
Our YAB is highly effective in binding Ammonia from the pond water. High quality Yucca extract with appropriate concentrations suitable for intensive Aquaculture operations is essential for quick control of sudden spur in Ammonia levels. 

Composition:
Yeast Cell Wall - 10%
Dried Yeast - 40%
