HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES ONLINE?

We offer multiple online payment methods, including:

1. Credit Card issued by Visa / MasterCard / Diners / American Express
2. Debit Card issued by Indian Banks

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS?

1. Credit Card: You would need to provide us with the card holder name, card number, CVV number and card expiry date. All these details are available on the credit card itself. You would also need to have your 3D-secure password or one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email ID or phone number for secure confirmation of the transaction.
2. Debit Card: You would need to provide us with the card holder name, card number, CVV number and card expiry date. All these details are available on the debit card itself. You will then be re-directed to your bank’s secure page for 3D-secure authorization where further validation details may be required.

DOES BYOB INDIA STORE MY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD INFORMATION OR MY NET BANKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

No, we do not collect or store your credit / debit card information or your net banking account information. When you choose an online payment option, you will be redirected to our trusted payment gateway site for processing.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

CAN I REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT?

Unfortunately, the items once shipped cannot be replaced due to the nature of the product.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we do. All orders of ₹ 999 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of ₹ 50 is applied on orders below ₹ 999.

WHY IS CASH-ON-DELIVERY NOT OFFERED FOR MY LOCATION?

Availability of Cash-on-Delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. In addition, our delivery partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination.

WHICH LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Please enter your pin-code on the product page, we are presently only delivering our products within Bangalore. For deliveries outside the city please contact us for details, we take up special orders.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

Packages are delivered between 09:00 -19:00 from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.

HOW IS THE DELIVERY TIME CALCULATED?

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

2 - The destination pin-code e.g. 560014 to which you want the order to be shipped to

Once order is received the delivery within Bangalore is estimated 2-5 days.
