Delivery and Shipping Policy

 

We dispatch all of our orders within 72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout the world using our logistic partners DHL, BlueDart, India Post, DTDC, DOTZOT, ST Couriers, and Delhivery. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it takes about 5 to 15 working days to deliver the product to the customer's door.

Orders may take some extra time in situations that are beyond anyone’s control like Lockdown, curfew or some natural calamities.

 

 The Tracking details will be provided via a separate E-mail, Whatsapp Messenger or SMS once the order is processed at our end. Though we ensure you get your goodies as soon as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

Customers are requested to track the order using the tracking link shared.

Customers must be liable to pick up the calls made by the delivery executives and collect the package. In case the customer fails to accept the package for any reason. he/she shall be liable for the reshipping cost.

 

Please ensure the correct address, pin code, and contact numbers are mentioned while placing the order for hassle-free delivery.

 

​Please ensure your availability at the selected delivery address to take delivery of the purchased products as deliveries require the named person’s signature. If an RTO is initiated by the shipping carrier, the customer should pay the RTO charges along with the new shipping charges for Kiyas Naturals to dispatch the product again.

 

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to issues arising out of inventory or other internal issues or issues such as strikes, interstate regulations, delivery outages etc. We will inform you of the cancelation of your order and will offer you a refund in the form of store credit or as per the mode of payment made by you.

Important Note: Import Regulation Depends on Individual Country's Import Regulatory. Customer Will be Responsible for customs clearance of Import Products / Items in their respective countries.
