• The Website is a platform for retail sales of health and wellness products, coaching, consulting and mentoring (hereinafter referred to as ‘products’).The arrangement between the user and the website shall be governed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. The services would be made available to such natural persons who have agreed to become users on the website after obtaining due registration, in accordance with the procedure as determined by the website, from time to time (referred to as “User”, which term shall also include natural persons who are accessing the Website merely as visitors).

 

• The website observes and maintains reasonable standards of security procedures that are in consonance with the nature of the website. The website tries to ensure that the users’ interests are protected to the best of its abilities; however, due to the inherent nature of the internet, the website cannot ensure or warrant the complete security of all the information obtained by the user to the website.
