Refund and Cancellation Policies

 

Return Policy: Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Return will only be accepted in case the product delivered is Damaged, Defective & Wrong Product Delivered. It must also be in the Original Packaging.

Order Update Policy: You can update the ordered item within 12 hours from the time of the order being placed. After 12 hours no order update request will be entertained. 

Additional non-returnable items:

·        * Gift cards

·        * Some of the health and personal care items

 

Damaged Shipment

We take utmost care in packaging to avoid any kind of damage during shipment. In very few cases there may be damage during the transit based on how the package is handled by the shipping company/executive, All orders above INR 5000/- are insured and can be claimed ONLY WITH THE PROOF OF OPENING VIDEO.

The refund or reshipment shall be decided by the seller cases to case bases.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

· * Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

· * Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of a Credit Note. You can use the same amount of Credit Note in your future purchases.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

o   If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

o   Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

o   Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@cosmysupplies.com and send your item to #970, 3rd cross, 60Feet Road, AECS Layout A Block Kudlu Gate Singasandra Bengaluru 560068 India.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: #970, 3rd cross, HAL Layout, AECS Layout A Block Bengaluru 560068, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75/INR 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed on the Website/ App cannot be canceled.
