No Return, Refund, or Exchange Except for Defective Products

Thank you for choosing our Customized products. Please note that all of our products are specifically customized for you only, so we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the case of a defective product.

 

Defective Products Only

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and provide a video showing the unboxing of the product with the shipping label visible and the packaging sealed. The video should be submitted without any pause or cut to ensure that the proper unboxing of the product is shown.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship your products within 2 working days after recieveing the payment & Deliver within 7 to 10 working days at your doorstep.
