Blue heaven lip balm is inexpensive lip balm which comes in different flavours to moisturize our lips.i would recommend not to use this as it is makes lips more dry and chapped.blue heaven mostly releases products which are inexpensive without quality.this lip balm when applied on lips, looks like oil . don’t spend your money on this.
