If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms apply to any products that you’ve purchased from us.

For this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to De Stead E-Store
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to mydukaan.io/desteadestore, accessible from https://mydukaan.io/desteadestore
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days for reasons known to you upon which you can't be questioned.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 3 working days before Shipping.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision here @ORDER CANCELLATION. We will reimburse you no later than 5 working days from the day on which we receive the cancellation of the order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
PLEASE NO CANCELLING DURING/AFTER SHIPPING
Orders can, however, be returned after shipping if prior information about cancelling was received late. And if complaints arise, it is observed at Delivery.
Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1. The goods were purchased in the last 14 working days.
2. The order has been reported @ORDER RETURNS
3. The goods are in the original packaging
*The following goods cannot be returned:
1. Goods in orders made to your specifications or clearly personalized. >Buy items ordered.
2. Goods whose nature is not suitable to be returned. For example, Goods that deteriorate rapidly,
3. Goods unsealed after delivery.
4. Goods inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions (or has any quality of goods that can't be returned) at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
>You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:
Arbico Road, Upper Sokponba Road, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
>We will not be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return process. Therefore, we recommend you employ careful ness and involve a trusted representative or service.
>We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.
