Spray pump

A spray bottle, also known as a spray container or sprayer, is a handheld device used for dispensing liquid in a fine mist or spray. It consists of several key components:

1. **Container:** This is the main body of the spray bottle and holds the liquid to be sprayed. Spray bottles are typically made of plastic or glass, but can also be made of metal or other materials.

2. **Spray Nozzle:** The nozzle is a critical component of the spray bottle. It is responsible for breaking the liquid into tiny droplets and creating a fine mist when the trigger or pump is activated. The nozzle can often be adjusted to control the spray pattern, ranging from a narrow stream to a wide spray.

3. **Trigger or Pump:** Spray bottles come with different mechanisms to pressurize the container and force the liquid through the nozzle. This can be a trigger handle or a pump mechanism. When you squeeze the trigger or pump, it pressurizes the container, allowing the liquid to be sprayed.

4. **Tube and Straw:** Inside the container, there is usually a tube or straw that extends from the bottom to near the top of the bottle. This tube ensures that the liquid can be drawn up to the nozzle, even when the bottle is not completely full.

5. **Cap:** Many spray bottles have a cap that can be removed to fill the bottle or secured in place to prevent accidental spraying. The cap may also serve to protect the nozzle when the bottle is not in use.

6. **Measurement Markings:** Some spray bottles have markings on the side to indicate the volume of liquid inside. This can be useful for mixing solutions or diluting chemicals.

Spray bottles are used for a wide range of purposes, such as cleaning, gardening, personal care, hair styling, and more. They are popular for their convenience and efficiency in dispensing liquids in a controlled manner, making them versatile tools in both household and professional settings.
