Ingredients Required
1) 2 Medium Sized Onions.
2) 1.5 Tea Cup Oil or Ghee (120 Gms)
3) 500 Gram Chicken / Mutton.
4) 1 Cup Yogurt (150 Gms)
5) 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste.
Steps of Cooking
1) Take 500 grams chicken or mutton and add 150 grams whipped curd, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, half teaspoon salt and paste of 1 medium sized tomato and keep it aside.
2) Now take 1.5 cups of oil in a pressure cooker and fry 2 medium sized sliced onion and 2 to 3 green chillies until they turn golden. Now slow down the flame and add mutton or chicken (marinated) in it, Do not fry just mix it well and, cover the cooker and cook the chicken for 10 minutes and the mutton for 20 minutes on medium flame. Now open the cooker and add Awadh Korma Masala and fry for a while so that the oil separates from the masala.
3) Now add water half to one glass in it as per your requirement and cook on low flame for 10 minutes for Chicken & 20 minutes for Mutton. Your delicious Awadhi Korma is ready to serve.
