Awadh Keema Spice Mix

Product details

1) Take 500 grams mutton keema and mix 120 grams whipped curd, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, paste of 1 medium sized tomato and Awadh Keema Masala in it & keep it aside for 2 hours to marinate.
2) Now take 1 cups of oil in a pressure cooker and fry 2 medium sized sliced onion and 2 to 3 green chillies until they turn golden. Now slow down the flame and add mutton keema  (marinated) in it, Do not fry just mix it well, and add half to 1 glass water in it, cover the cooker and cook the mutton for 20 minutes on low to medium flame. Now open the lid and add 1 tablespoon butter in it, & fry keema for a while till the oil separates.

Your delicious Mutton Keema  is ready to serve.
