The most popular and the best one among Attas is the Sharbati (also known as Sujata, 306 in different parts of the country). Sharbati grown near Sehore district in the Plains of Madhya Pradesh, also known as The Golden Grain, is transparent and has a sweet taste.  It is commonly referred to as Sehori Sharbati. All our flours (attas) are 100 percent chakki fresh whole grain attas, rich in nutrients, vitamins, and dietary fiber. It is high in fiber and healthier and more nutritious than white flour. It is a brownish flour with a coarse texture and a nutty flavor.
