Eknaata delivers across all the major locations within India. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed channels / courier agencies only.
*DOMESTIC*
- For delivery within India, shipping is complimentary and no surcharge is payable of any kind.
- We ship throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays.
- All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
- Customized products (fall and picot addition) are dispatched in 3-7 business days, depending on the number of units ordered.
- Most orders are delivered within 3-10 business days. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
- In case of modifications with regards to the delivery address, kindly drop us an E-mail at eknaata@gmail.com or call us +91-8850228858 within 1-2 hours after placing an order.
- Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.
DISCLAIMER
- Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
- Please email us at eknaata@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful.
- If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
- We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.
