We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, please note that we have a No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned, except in the case of damaged or defective products upon delivery.

Cancellation Rights

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. However, we do not offer refunds for any products once the order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Please note: Cancellations are only possible before the order is processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it.

Non-returnable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

• Goods that are personalized or made to order.

• Goods that have deteriorated rapidly or expired.

• Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, once opened.

• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
