Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Flowers N Plants and Cakes, we value your trust and strive to deliver your gifts with utmost care and responsibility. Since most of our products are perishable in nature (flowers, cakes, fresh arrangements, etc.), our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair while keeping in mind product quality and timely delivery.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date by sending a written request to

A cancellation charge of 10% of the order value or Rs. 200 (whichever is higher) will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

Orders requested for cancellation within 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of the products.

Same-day, midnight, festival (Rakhi, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Diwali, etc.) and peak-season orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

Failed Transactions: If payment was deducted but no order confirmation was generated.

Non-Delivery of Orders: If the order is not delivered due to our fault or inability to service the selected location.

Duplicate Orders: If the same order was placed twice by mistake, and our team verifies duplication.

Product Unavailability: If a specific product is unavailable and the customer does not accept a suggested replacement.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Recipient not available at delivery address.

Wrong delivery address/phone number provided by the customer.

Delivery refused by recipient.

Delay caused due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, curfews, or unforeseen courier issues.

Quality complaints based on taste/design variations, as cakes and flowers are handmade and may differ slightly.
Refund Timeline
