Flowers N Plants and Cakes – Terms & Conditions & Festival Policies

It has come to our attention that certain individuals are fraudulently collecting payments by impersonating our customer care representatives.
We urge all customers to exercise caution and refrain from engaging with such unauthorized entities.

  • We provide email support only.

  • We do not offer assistance through phone calls, WhatsApp, or any other channels.


Festival Order Policies

Rakhi 2025

  1. Same Day Delivery is an estimate for dispatch, delays may occur due to heavy order volumes.

  2. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.

  3. Late Rakhi orders will be delivered on the next available day after customer email confirmation.

  4. Outskirts/remote addresses may require extra delivery charges. Refusal to pay may result in no refund due to perishable items (refunds only as per cancellation policy: 10% or ₹200 minimum).

  5. Even after dispatch requests, courier pick-up delays may happen due to order rush.

  6. Substitutions of equal value may occur in case of unavailability—no complaints will be entertained.

  7. Late/missed/wrong deliveries will be attempted until 25 August 2025. Complaints must be emailed before this date.

  8. For non-serviceable areas, courier gift items of similar value will be sent.

  9. In areas where fresh flowers/cakes are unavailable, alternate gifts will be sent.

  10. Tracking numbers will be shared for courier orders.

  11. Courier orders require customer confirmation for replacements; unconfirmed orders remain on hold.

  12. No refunds for Rakhi perishable products; complaint resolution may take longer than usual.

  13. Rakhi orders are for delivery within India only. Orders with foreign addresses will be held until an alternate Indian address is provided.


Mother’s Day 2025

(Same terms as Rakhi with date updates)

  • Late/missed/wrong deliveries will be attempted until 25 May 2025.

  • Due to India–Pakistan conflict & flight disruptions, delivery may take longer in some cities.


Valentine’s Day 2025

(Same terms as Rakhi with date updates)

  • Late/missed/wrong deliveries will be attempted until 25 February 2025.

  • Valentine’s midnight delivery will be made between 10 PM – 1 AM.


General Terms & Conditions

  1. Who We Are
    https://mydukaan.io/floralcakeshop  is owned & operated by The Mun Flowers n Cakes, incorporated under the laws of India.

  2. Delivery Timings

  • Free delivery slots: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (not guaranteed).

  • Same-day/midnight orders must be placed before 12 PM local time.

  • Fixed Time deliveries may vary by ±60 minutes.

  • Remote/rural deliveries may require extra charges.

  • No guaranteed delivery in extraordinary circumstances (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

  1. Pricing & Discounts

  • Discounts/offers cannot be clubbed.

  • convenience charge is included in product prices (covers system handling).

  1. Address & Order Changes

  • Free if requested 48 hours before delivery.

  • Not possible after 48 hours.

  1. Product Substitutions

  • Flowers/cakes may differ by season/vendor availability. Substitutions will always be of equal or higher value.

  1. Damaged/Non-Delivered Products

  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours with photo proof. Redelivery may be arranged.

  1. Fraudulent/Abusive Customers

  • Fraudulent behavior (fake addresses, unethical messages, etc.) may result in order cancellation without refund.

  • Abusive/threatening communication to support staff may result in termination of service + legal action.

  1. Payments

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation from third-party payment gateways.

  • If no order confirmation number is generated, customers must email transaction details for verification.

  1. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Karnataka(India) courts.

  1. Policy Updates

  • Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Customers must check regularly.


COVID-19 Policy

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Refunds/cancellations are not allowed for orders placed during the pandemic.

  • Substitutions may be used due to limited supply.

  • Fixed Time/Midnight orders will be attempted as close as possible.
