Subscription Plans – Terms & Conditions

Fresh Box offers flexible and healthy salad subscription plans designed to suit your lifestyle. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Subscription Plans & Validity

·        10-Day Plan: Includes 10 servings to be consumed within 20 calendar days from the subscription start date.

·        20-Day Plan: Includes 20 servings to be consumed within 40 calendar days from the subscription start date.

·        All new subscriptions begin on the nearest upcoming Monday after payment confirmation.


2. Portion Size

Each salad serving contains approximately 180 grams of freshly prepared ingredients.

If your plan includes juice, each juice serving will be 150 milliliters, cold-pressed and preservative-free.


3. Prepaid Plan & Refund Policy

All plans are 100% prepaid and activated only after successful payment.

Cancellation within 36 hours of payment:

Refund will be processed within 4 working days.

If any servings were already delivered, they will be charged at ₹250 per serving, and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation after 36 hours is non-refundable under any circumstances.

No partial refunds for unused servings or mid-plan cancellations.


4. Delivery Schedule & Timing

Deliveries will be made 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday; Sunday is a fixed holiday).

Salad or juice will be delivered once per day as per your chosen plan.

Delivery time will be fixed and mutually decided at the start of the subscription.

Requests to change delivery time must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.


5. Skipping or Rescheduling Deliveries

If you wish to skip a serving on a particular day, please inform us at least 10 hours in advance.

Skipping requests received less than 10 hours prior to delivery will not be accommodated, and the serving will be counted as utilized.

No refunds or rescheduling for missed deliveries without prior notice.


6. Salad Variety & Quality

We strive to provide 5 different varieties of salads or healthy meals each week.

While daily menus may vary based on seasonal produce, we ensure nutritional balance, freshness, and quality in every serving.

Menu customization is currently not available, but we welcome feedback to improve our offerings.


7. Other Important Terms

Subscription is non-transferable and valid only for the registered customer.

Delivery will be made to the address and contact number provided at the time of subscription. Any changes must be informed in advance.

Fresh Box reserves the right to modify ingredients based on seasonal availability and to maintain health standards and variety.
