Thank you for ordering from Fruitnzo.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
🔁 Refund Eligibility
Since we deal with fresh and perishable food items, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- You receive a wrong item
- The product is damaged or spilled during delivery
- The packaging is found to be unhygienic or compromised
🔍 Verification Process
- All refund requests are subject to verification and investigation by our team.
- Customers may be asked to provide photo or video proof of the issue.
- After verification, Fruitnzo will decide whether the refund is applicable.
💵 Refund Mode
- Since orders are placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be processed via:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
⏱ Refund Time
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.
⚠️ Important Notes
- No refund will be provided for taste preferences or personal liking.
- Products should be checked at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for issues reported after a long delay.
