Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order before dispatch or after delivery, if Product is dispatched then you cant cancle, you need to recieve product, and send back to us in original condition, you need to pay return courier charges, we cant adjust, after return recieve and quality check , we will initiate refund amount by deduction of total 2% tranasction charges of main amount + courier charges 150 to 350rs according to location and product weight. and this is applied on both prepaid and cod orders.
in COD (cash on delivery) if you want to cancle or refuse delivery then advance payment or partial payment will not be refund, this amount is already paided by custmer before orrder,
After Successfully Deliver, No Return No Refund Policy will be continue, and 3 Dyas Replacement Policy will be Continue, delivery day will be include, if you get any issue in our product u need to contact us,, and we will provide solution of fault, but u need to show error in video or video call, Replacement will be issue after error or fault declare by our side, if fault is not declare in video by custmer then replacment will be cancle, we are not responsible for gaming experience, its totally depends on custmer, please watch unboxing and review video before buy,

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:
