- What Shipping Methods Are Available?
- We are in partnership with third party delivery service providers. Currently we are delivering through IndiaPost. We will also deliver through courier service if additional payment is made.
- Do You Ship Internationally?
- Yes, we do but shipping cost needs to be paid in advance.
- How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
- In general, it takes about 2 to 3 days from the date of dispatch from our end based on locations and other challenges. You can track the parcel on IndiaPost or on the courier website.
- What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
- You can pay online and offline. We have UPI / QR codes and all alternative options of payments.
- Is Buying On-Line Safe?
- We're in partnership with PAYU for payment gateway service. This takes care of all payment methods and is safe and secure.

- How do I place an Order?
- You can order online by making your choice, clicking ADD TO CART and providing further details for processing the order.
- How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
- You can cancel your order and we will approve / disapprove it based on the order dispatch and time of date of order.
- Do I need an account to place an order?
- Yes, it is recommended that you have an account for easy tracking.
- How Do I Track My Order?
- You can click on track order in the menu and enter your email and order id for detailed information.
- How Can I Return a Product?
- Returns need to be approved by the management system.
