At Inaara Fashion Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.
1. Order Cancellation
a) Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- To cancel, please contact us at inaarafashionstore@gmail.com
- Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.
b) After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to our Return Policy below).
2. Return & Exchange Policy
a) Eligibility for Returns
You can return/exchange a product under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The return request is placed within 3 days of delivery.
Note: Certain items, such as customized or clearance sale products, are non-returnable.
b) Return Process
- Initiate a return by contacting our support team at inaarafashionstore@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We will arrange a pick-up or guide you through the return shipping process.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund or exchange as per your request.
c) Return Shipping
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or credit/debit card).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please initiate a return first and place a new order.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance sale or discounted items
- Items without original packaging/tags
