1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please contact our customer support before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping location:

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5-8 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier service disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹100 (Free for orders above ₹1000.
Express Shipping (1-3 days): ₹200 (Available for select locations)
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided link.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select locations.
If the recipient refuses to accept a COD order, future COD purchases may be restricted.

7. Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.

9. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.
Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
