Recipe of Bajra khichdi 🥘
Step 1 - Clean the khichdi mix with water.
Step 2 - Soak it for 20 min.
Step 3 - Add some ghee in the pressure cooker.
Step 4 - Add some jeera and heeng.
Step 5 - Add the khichdi mix after straining the water in the cooker.
Step 6 - Fry them for 5 min on high flame.
Step 7 - Add water and salt and close the lid and wait for 2-3 whistle.
It is ready to serve. You can add some ghee and bhoora for Rajasthani taste.
