When India grow more than 30 different types of millets and grains, when there is a such a variety of nutritious tasty food available in the country why do we stick to only two of them, it is either "Rice or wheat " that is also 3 time a day. there should be so much diversity into our food habits, into our thali. We are blessed to be born in this land which has diversity into Food also... गेहूं और चावल are the least food in that list.. it brings nothing but a lots of starch and flood of glucose that leave us nothing but a lazy mess and over a time we develop diseases and chronic illness.
