Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated 20 August 2022

Thank you for shopping at mydukaan.io/ksjteaching.

Once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled and no refund and returns will be entertained.

At the time of delivery if the the buyer is unavaialble or the contact number provided is wrong and the parcel is returned to the origin, only 50% of the amount will be refunded or a new parcel will be dispatched without any extra charges as per the discretion of the buyer.
