1. How long does it take to ship my order?

All of our orders would typically arrive at your door 4-7 days after the order date. Since our rugs are made-to-order, they take a little longer to arrive and will be shipped between 7-15 days. Transit times may vary slightly depending on the shipping destination, and carriers may experience some delays as a result of Covid-19.

2. What is your return & exchange policy?

As a brand, we’re extremely committed to sustainability and are conscious of the impact of e-commerce on the environment. At our core, we aim to be the opposite of fast fashion.

We bring luxury products at a fraction of the price that luxury brands charge, by having our manufacturing partners ship directly to you. As a part of this process, we endeavor to give you as much information as possible to make an informed purchase and eliminate the need for you to want to send back a product.

3. I wish to change my delivery address. How do I do that?

Before placing the order, you can change the delivery address directly from your account. If you need to change your delivery address after placing the order, please contact gotyourback@lemonade.shop within 8 hours and we will do our best to make the change before it ships. We will be unable to change the address once the order has been shipped.

4. Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery as a payment option.

5. My money got deducted, but I haven’t received the confirmation

If your money has been debited and you haven’t received a confirmation within 2 hours of placing the order, it’s highly likely that the transaction has failed. But please don’t worry, your money will be automatically refunded to your account in 4-7 business days. Should there be a situation where it hasn’t been credited, please write to us at gotyourback@lemonade.shop and we’ll be happy to help!
