💡 How to Make Authentic Rasam in Minutes!

🔸 Step 1: Soak a small lemon-sized ball of tamarind in warm water and extract the juice.
🔸 Step 2: In a pot, heat 2 cups of water and add chopped tomatoes, tamarind extract, salt, and 1 tbsp of Letz Eat Rasam Powder.
🔸 Step 3: Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the flavors blend beautifully.
🔸 Step 4: Add cooked & mashed toor dal (optional) for extra richness.
🔸 Step 5: In a small pan, heat ghee, and temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, and a pinch of hing. Pour this over the rasam.
