CERELAC STAGE 1 ( 6 TO 24 MONTHS )

सेरेलक को छोटे बच्चों के लिए जरूरी आहार माना गया है. 6 माह से ज्यादा उम्र के बच्चे, जिन्हें ठोस आहार देना शुरू किया जाता है, उनके लिए सेरेलक पौष्टिक आहार माना जाता है. इससे बच्चे का शारीरिक विकास जल्दी से हो सकता. यह अनाज के समान ही होता है, जिसे बच्चे की उम्र के अनुसार तैयार किया जाता है.

बच्चों को सेरेलक खिलाने का तरीकाः 

सबसे पहले, एक कटोरे में गुनगुना पानी लें.

इसमें सेरेलक पाउडर डालें.

तब तक हिलाएं जब तक कि सेरेलक एक चिकनी स्थिरता न बन जाए.

साफ़ चम्मच से बच्चे को खिलाएं.

शुरुआत में, बच्चे को सिर्फ़ एक चम्मच सेरेलक दें. 

बाद में, मां के दूध के साथ 7-8 चम्मच सेरेलक दिया जा सकता है.
