Dulux Solvent Based Cement Primer is suitably designed for use on wall applications. Suitable to be used on plastered, masonry, POP, Limed or pre-painted surfaces. Correct Application of the primer ensures best results of topcoat finish and durability of finish coat.

Application Description

Step 1: Surface Preparation Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, wax, mould, fungal growth, etc. before application. 

Step 2: Application process Apply a coat of primer. If required, use Dulux Ready Mix Wall Filler or any other oil-based putty to fill cracks and dents and make the surface uniform and free from undulation. After sanding the puttied surface, apply another coat of primer. Allow the primer coat to dry overnight before application of finish paint. 

Step 3: Drying time Dulux Solvent-based Cement Primer is normally touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable after 2.5 hours.
