Indigo Water Thinnable Cement Primer, from the silver series, can be used for asbestos, concrete, or interior plastered surfaces. It is an acrylic emulsion-based primer offering quick-drying and a smooth finish.

Surface preparation & application

1. Apply on dry, clean and sound surface.
2. Use one or two coats depending on surface condition.
3. Dry 24 hours before applying finishing paint. Use clean fresh water for thinning.
