Before placing your order, please ensure that you:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer a replacement only under the following condition:

You must take an unboxing video clearly showing the damage before opening the package
Send the video to us immediately after receiving the parcel

Without an unboxing video, we cannot process any damage-related concerns.

If you are approved for a replacement (only in case of a damaged product with valid proof), you may be asked to return the item to:
