The road visibility depends upon the surface on which the light falls on , even the cheaper LED bulbs perform moderately good on all surfaces exept black bitumen Highway roads as shown in the images taken during the comparitive road tests & studies. Poor quality bulbs not only give you less road clarity and also detract from the beauty and luster of your expensive vehicle. A substandard/ cheaper bulbs can make you satisfied in terms of watts & brightness as you expect while purchase , but can't in terms of performance that includes so many essential features .
