Tile spacers are made of premium plastic that are placed between tiles in order to allow for space between the tiles so that they don't come in contact with each other. They can be used to separate tiles on a wall/floor or to create a gap between two pieces of tiles. They come in a variety of colors and sizes, and can be found at most hardware stores.
