Wheat Flat Noodles
Ingredients - 90% wheat and 10% maida
Shelf Life - 9 months
Storage - Air-tight containers, cool dry place
Instructions: Boil 1.5Lt of water, add noodles to it & bring it to boil again & cover for 3-5 mins. Drain water & spread noodles on a flat surface. Add 1 tsp of oil (if required) & mix well.
