Hi! I am Eileen, founder and cake designer at Pretty Party Cakes.

Welcome to my world of creative cakes! And...yes, you’ve guessed it! I LOVE to bake delicious and great looking cakes!!

My interest in baking first started when I was in High school doing Home Economics. At age 12, I can recall how happy I felt when my brothers eagerly gobbled up my attempts. My love for cake baking and decorating continue to blossom after my first child was born. Upon discovering that she had a milk and egg allergy, I started researching and using alternative ingredients. Being a perfectionist, I HAD to try many different recipes, tweaking and modifying until I got the taste and texture I liked. Then, I would attempt to create a cake design that would make my baby’s eyes twinkle with joy when she saw it! 

From my daughter's first birthday cake till present day, I would get an absolute buzz whenever I see the sheer joy and excitement on people’s faces when they admire and appreciate my cake designs! To top that off, I'm always so touched when customers come back to me saying it's the loveliest cake they have ever tasted! It gives me so much satisfaction and fills me with immense pride to see that I have made an impact on important life events and celebrations.

Now, 20 years on and 2 more babies later, after countless hours of research, learning from experience, baking and of course, tasting, I am tremendously proud to offer my services to create professional looking & delightfully tasty cakes you'll remember for a lifetime!
