Hi! I am Eileen, founder and cake designer at Pretty Party Cakes.

Welcome to my world of creative cakes! And...yes, you’ve guessed it! I LOVE to bake delicious and great looking cakes!!

My interest in baking first started when I was in High school doing Home Economics. At age 12, I recall how happy I felt when my brothers eagerly gobbled up my attempts. My love for cake baking and decorating continued but blossomed after my first child was born. Upon discovering that she had a milk and egg allergy, my cake research using alternative ingredients started. Being a perfectionist, I HAD to try many different recipes,  tweaking and modifying till I got the taste and texture I liked. Then, I would attempt to create a cake design that would make my baby’s eyes twinkle with joy when she saw it! 

From my daughter's first birthday cake till now, I would always get an absolute buzz when I see the sheer joy and excitement on people’s faces when they admire and appreciate my cake designs! To top that off, I always do a little dance of joy, when customers come back to me saying it's the loveliest cake they have ever tasted! It gives me such a deep sense of satisfaction and immense pride to know that I have made a huge impact on important life events and celebrations that will be remembered for a lifetime! 

Now, 20 years on and 2 more babies later, after countless hours of research, learning from experience, baking and of course, tasting, I am tremendously pleased to offer my services to help create professional looking & delightfully tasty cakes you'll remember for a lifetime!
