Shipping, Return , Exchange & Refund Policy
Shipping Policy:
- Our products are shipped within 24 hours of order placing and delivery happens within 3-5 working days.
- We provide free shipping on all Prepaid orders except COD orders. We are taking some charge for COD ( Cash on Delivery ) products.
- Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange Process Timeline: 7-10 business days.
- An exchange request can be raised within 2 days after receiving the product.
- A Customer has to bear a flat charge of Rs 300/- via Paytm/UPI and share a screenshot of that payment as an express courier charge(includes two-way (pick up & delivery) charges up to 500-gram wight product) for any exchange.
- Then Pickup request will be raised and the package will be delivered to us within 3-5 business days.
- The Items are then checked by our QC team.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The items need to be unused, tags intact, and unaltered. In case the above conditions are not met then the Exchange request will not be accepted & the same product will be shipped back to the customer.
A flat charge of Rs.300/- will not be refunded or returned under any circumstances as Pickup and delivery of the same product also have courier charges. After the exchange request has been accepted, the product will be shipped to the customer.
